Sunday Tea

When it's winter,I can't wait for Summer.I guess it's something that never goes away once you've been a student for so long.Spring,Fall and Winter means school and Summer means NO school.LoL...Well when you graduate and aren't a teacher...it's just another season.
However, you still feel a sense of ease.Not as many layers to wear,summer hair(bought or home grown :-))..
Whatever the case,since I work all year round :-) Summer is my chance to travel and just relax...or something like that.
I recently came back from a Missions trip to St.Maarten with the dance team at my church,we literally danced from sun up to sun down EVERYday.I should be skinnier but my metaboilism is retarded..no really it is.
I digress...I always look from moments of ease,because NYC will rob you of them with no hopes of a lost and found.

SO ..this weekend I hung with a very good friend of mine.I love going to her place.She lives inElmhust Queens,which is a mini getaway to me..lol and we have a routine.We start off with Bubble Tea and then Vietnamese food and then snack and then later Indonesian food.Yum!
Sunday she decided to take me to this Tea place called Rose House in Flushing.
Let me tell you!AH!so beautiful,I felt like a lil girl at a tea party.
We had tea and scones ..... 

We just sat and talked,and who knew you could actually get full off of tea and scones??Seriously!?Lol
I had the English Mixed fruit tea and my friend had the Iced Rose Tea.We opted for iced tea rather than hot tea...it was too hot outside...lol
The prices though not cheap wont break the bank,but it's worth it.
I definitively will be going again.
